Betty Pallard
Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of LinkPower Digital Platform “a Digital platform for a Sustainable, Smart and Resilient Living“, Founder and CEO of The Q Chemistry Agency, Co-Founder of RACine Quantum, Co-Founder of Blockchain Hanoi, Co-head of FinTech at TechFest (directed by the Ministry of Sciences and Technology), Jury Member of the National Startup Competition 2020 “Startups Mentoring IDS“, Active member of the “French tech label” Technology for Good
Betty was born in the ancient and imperial capital city of Hue, Vietnam. She relocated to France and Switzerland at a young age where she spent over 20 years of her childhood and where she began her undergrad studies in European Community and International Law. She continued her education in Political Science at UCLA, California. Growing into a multidisciplinary woman with deep curiosity about the world and its interconnected capabilities, her gift of providing solutions and dynamic city building took her full circle back home to Vietnam where she continued her specializations in International Geo-strategy, International Administrative Law, Business Ethics and Intellectual Property through the University of Hanoi and in partnership with the University of Bordeaux, Paris.
Betty grew up spending most of her time outdoors, with passions for dancing, drawing, music, art, theatre, designing and reading, among other things. To further explore these passions, she had completed a Master 2, an MBA specializing in Art and Cultural Product Management at ESCIA Business School in Cergy-Pointoise, a dynamic and creative city. She is a woman of strong intention and inspiration who believes in living without fear and in designing a life for her community that is based on abundance, love, connection and gratitude; the quantum field we experience as life.
She has since founded multiple production companies along her path, including Dinam Productions, The Q Productions, consulting Agency (The Q Chemistry), and a multitude of other such businesses that are founded on a correlation between community leadership, human interaction and the power of living by design cohesively with nature. Gao Choi, The Gate Lifestyle & Lounge – Creative Space, Qi Social Community Lounge, and Ben Xuan Garden Theater are but a few examples.
Betty’s current mission for LinkPower, which she designed alongside her brother Antoine, is to provide a framework, a platform and all the corresponding tools that can empower everyday people to take back, or to maintain their power to fix things around them; to channel-build and to transfer resilient knowledge. Her interactions with different stakeholders in different eco-systems has always sought to promote sustainable community solutions, and to recreate the diversified environment that she grew up in and cherished, all while providing people with access to the knowledge, value and awareness that can support generations to come – not only in Vietnam but all throughout the world.
